Raikou, Entei and Suicune Added on Pokemon Go Game



Niantic has recently announced that legendary Pokemon Raikou, Entei and Suicune has added to its Pokemon Go smartphone game. The Pokemon characters can be caught in Raid Battles at Gyms and will be available in several locations worldwide in the next couple of months. Starting on August 31 to September 30, Raikou will be available in America while Entei will be available in Europe and Africa. Suicine will be in Asia-Pacific region. The 3 Pokemon will move to different areas every month until October 31 of this year.


Niantic also stated that it will hold field testing for the Exclusive Raid Battle feature known as the Ex Raid Battle. The game developers will send out invitations to try the new feature as early as September 6. 

In the invitation for Ex Raid Battle System, players who recently finished the Raid at a Gym where an Ex Raid Battle will be held are those who will only receive the invitations to participate. Players will then receive advance notice to when the Ex Raid Battle will occur. Mewtwo will be the 1st Pokemon available through Ex Raid Battles but according to Niantic, other powerful Pokemon is also possible to hatch from the Raid Eggs found at Ex Raid Battles. 

The Pokemon Go app launched in selected countries worldwide including USA in July 2016 and has released in more than 50 countries.
